Confidence Coalition: Atlanta Alumnae Help Build Confidence

Girls on the Run, for girls in grades 3-8, combines training for a 3.1 mile run with self-esteem enhancing workouts. A 12-week after-school program led by trained coaches encourages self-respect and healthy lifestyles.
